What I Offer
What I Offer?
I support woman (21yrs and over), who have experienced domestic abuse to:
- Make sense of why life feels hard even after leaving.
- Rebuild confidence and self trust.
- Learn how to gently reconnect with their body, emotions and sense of identity again.
- Enjoy moving forward, without pressure, labels or feeling like they need to be 'fixed'.
My work is trauma informed, with years of experience working with survivors in many different situations, from those deemed low risk to high risk, including, stalking, sexual abuse, forced marriage and honour based violence. This has shaped my work around stress, overwhelm, and how our nervous system holds many of the answers. The work I offer is shared in simple, accessible language and not clinical theory.
I am not a therapist or neuroscientist.
I am a qualified IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor), previously worked as Senior Practitioner within a Domestic Abuse Charity and currently training towards becoming a Life Coach, who understands domestic abuse and get's it, walking alongside woman, cheering them on, as they find steady ground again.
